  15 minutes to get a small frosty through drive through on Friday evening. Only two cars in front of me. Passenger in car in front of me got out at one point and smoked a whole cigarette--which meant closing my windows as I dislike smoke. When I got to the window they said it would take a minute for me to get my frosty. When I recieved it and left, the frosty was more like chocolate milk than a frosty. I then went into the restaurant and they gave me a new one. No apology... I wanted to complain on the Wendy's website but I needed a store number found on a receipt that I was not given. I thought I would try their customer service number but received a message that this client was not available? Not trying this drive through again.

  Be prepared to wait. Very slow service at this location. Staff seemed very disorganized.

  Slowest service ever! Watched people park and go in/ come out before we even got to the window.

  Not my favorite Wendy's, there never seems to be enough staff to handle the high volume of the highway traffic. Food is good but they need some more help in there.
